At Curated Collect Co., we specialize in sourcing collectible items on behalf of our customers. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of collectibles, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Purchase

You may cancel your request at any time before we have purchased the item on your behalf for a full refund.

After Purchase

Once an item has been purchased or secured, the order cannot be canceled, as the item has already been committed through a third-party seller.

3. Returns

General Policy

• Returns are not guaranteed and depend on the original seller’s return policy

• We will assist in facilitating returns where possible, but approval is at the discretion of the original seller

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping

• Incorrect (not what was agreed upon)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the item

• Photos of packaging

• Description of the issue

We will work with the seller and/or shipping provider to resolve the issue. Resolutions may include:

• Replacement (if available)

• Partial refund

• Store credit

5. Item Condition & Expectations

Collectibles often vary in condition and value. While we do our best to verify details:

• Minor imperfections may exist

• Grading opinions can vary

• Buyers accept the inherent risk of collectible purchases

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing times may vary depending on payment provider

• Any non-refundable fees (e.g., payment processing, sourcing time) may be deducted where applicable

7. Finder’s Fee Policy

• Our finder’s fee is non-refundable once an item has been successfully sourced and purchased

• This fee covers the time, effort, and expertise used to locate your requested item

8. Shipping Costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
